This is what a day looks like:

Look, the vibe at Werkplaats is casual, so no need to dress up. You are right there on the floor, running the daily show of the café. You are the absolute go-to person for the guests, and you keep a nice eye out for the premium quality of our service and products. And of course, you handle that whole HACCP, health, and safety paperwork like a pro.

During events, you make sure the rooms are set up, you help the guests with whatever they need for their event, and you clean it up afterwards. You are a face of Volkshotel, making sure every single event runs like a well-oiled machine. And it’s not just corporate events. You also get to deal with our very own events happening all over the hotel, like Short Movie Sunday, Live Resort, and markets in our Co-Working space every few months.

You’re always part of a dynamic and creative team, so you never have to do it alone, we’re in it together.

What we offer: 

This is an on-call employment with a minimum of 2 shifts (16 hours) per week. The salary is in line with the hospitality sector CAO and your responsibilities. As an employee at Volkshotel, you get to stay in the hotel for free once a year.
